Description
Pediatricians manage the health of children and young adults. They not only take care of the physical health of the patient, but also the mental and social health as well as the school success. They do this in partnership with the family. Most of a pediatrician's time is spent for preventive care; which means preventing diseases and keeping the patients healthy and happy. Immunizations play a big role in staying healthy. During this course, you will learn about the responsibilities of a pediatrician, STD prevention and the immunizations recommended during a 16 year old doctor visit.
